Job Description
GlobeMed Group, the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region, is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to coordinate with the HR team in the day-to-day operations of the Human resources department. One of the main functions is to support the employees on daily HR issues when needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain employment records and files related to attendance, hiring, termination, and all types of leaves
• Monitor and update employee attendance on daily basis in order to ensure compliance with the policy
• Control and follow up on employees leaves (Sickness, annual, death, business) in coordination with the concerned parties (HOD, company physician) in order to maintain updated data on the system
• Handle all employee's day-to-day request and inquiries
• Maintain and update employees' files including all needed documentation
• Coordinate with the insurance companies on all employees' related issues (Medical, life, travel...)
• Support accounting team in payroll preparation
• Coordinate event execution
• Assist in creating HR Reports
• Prepare salary and employment certification when needed
• Update and maintain employment record related to hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system (HRMS)
Qualifications
Education:
BS in Business Management, HR, Psychology or any related fields
Experience/Knowledge:
• 2-4 years of HR Administration experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to influence across the organization and externally
Skills/Competencies:
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, French is an asset
• Computer literate with good MS Office skills
