A reputable company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Facility Management Coordinator.

Main Duties:
• Assessing the facility's resource requirements.
• Designing, and optimizing the facility's layout and critical operational systems.
• Overseeing the maintenance of infrastructure and equipment.
Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in facility management.
• Good people relations and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Windows applications primarily Word, Excel, Power Point is preferred.
• Experience in AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office
• Excellent organization skills, accuracy, dependable work habits and good communication skills.
• Project Management Skills.
• Good command of English.
