The Front Desk Receptionist reports directly to the Office Manager and is responsible for providing a warm welcome to all visitors and clients as well as answering all incoming calls. In this position, you'll need to be well-versed in and compliant with all applicable company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations. Also, you won't let any sensitive information about the business or its customers fall into the wrong hands.

Qualifications:
• Helps guests register and assign their badges while adhering to security rules.
• Participate in training activities such as seminars, workshops, and in-house classes as required.
• Learn the processes for handling customer concerns and disagreements.
• Maintain a close eye on all working conditions and equipment to ensure they meet corporate requirements for cleanliness, adequate maintenance, and safety.
• In charge of supervising the additional duties of executive and departmental assistants, among other specialized administrative activities.
• Answers and accurately directs all incoming calls for various business divisions using a multi-line telephone with courtesy. When using the company's intercom system, displays a courteous and professional attitude.
• Keep an up-to-date file or directory of residents, including names, room numbers, emergency contact numbers, department extensions, key individuals, etc.
• Provides general information in response to routine customer inquiries and directs more complex, sensitive, or threatening questions to the Corporate Office Manager.
• maintains all necessary records, files, and communications pertaining to a given topic. Containers for confidential documents are stored off-site and are managed in tandem with storage spaces. Repair and maintenance of copies are arranged in tandem.
• If someone asks to enter and doesn't comply with the rules, tell them they can't.

Skills:
• The skill of juggling multiple responsibilities, tasks, and details well.
• Having the wherewithal to multitask well and meet stringent deadlines is a must.
• Proven ability to manage a full schedule, including the ability to schedule meetings and appointments.
• Possess previous work experience as a front desk clerk, receptionist, or related role.
• Knowledge of how to prioritize work and complete multiple tasks at once
