- Ensure KN Finance Guidelines are consistently applied for tax related processes and accounting balances;
- Establish processes and procedures that ensure accuracy and efficiency of tax processes affecting accounting balances and controls. Your Responsibilities
• Corporate Income Tax: Coordinate the CIT process, including but not limited to:
- Communicate monthly timetable and prepare templates to be used
- Review tax exhibits for completeness, consistency with prior periods and accuracy
- Coordinate tax team validation of bookings and NFs approvals
- Coordinate declarations timetable aligned with statutory audit demands, control differences between annual tax exhibits and declarations and coordinate reconciliations when needed
- Coordinate CIT project with tax team and others stakeholder as well as other projects for tax management improvements
• Indirect / Transactional Taxes
- Coordinate monthly reconciliation process
- Ensure COA and Finance Guidelines are consistently applied across the region
Your Skills and Experiences
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• Previous experience in Finance
• Advanced English
• Intermediate Portuguese
