Right now, we are looking for Service Desk Analysts to join our team at Globant!

You will get the chance to:
• Work with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.
• Provide user support and customer service on company-supported computer, applications and platforms.
• Work directly with our customers.
• Respond to requests for technical assistance.
• Diagnose technical hardware and software issues.
• Advise user on appropriate action.
• Follow standard help desk procedures.
• Redirect problems to correct resource.
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates.

• Have knowledge of operating systems.
