Requirements, roles and responsibilities, of the HSE Advisor shall include but

not be limited to the following:
(1) HSE Field Advisors will be provided on an equal time rotational basis.
28/28 schedule is preferred.
(2)

Operational Excellence (OE) training, coaching, and mentoring:
the
HSE advisor shall demonstrate good interpersonal skills and aim to
utilize Company-provided training materials to familiarize personnel
with Company's OE principles and discipline.
(3) HSE Field Advisors shall have a minimum of 10 years of relevant HSE
field experience.

(4) HSE Field Advisors will report to Company's Wells Superintendents
and receive work instructions from Company's Wells HSE Advisor.
(5) HSE Field Advisors shall proactively take ownership of work and
results by clarifying expectations and priorities with stakeholders to
ensure full understanding and alignment in the planning and execution
of work activities.
(6) HSE Field Advisors shall provide oversight of Company's operations
for the Wells department including but not limited to rig based
operations, rigless well interventions, onshore operations, and lift boat
operations.
(7) HSE Field Advisors shall demonstrate ability to work independently,
guide the workforce, and work simultaneously as a competent member
of the team to control behavior and act confidently in challenging and
emergency circumstances.

(8) Operational Excellence (OE) Leadership:

(a) Conduct OE gap assessments and establish gap closure plans.
(b) Communicate OE topics to the workforce.
(9) Safe Operations
(a) Be the point of contact for guidance on Company's Safe Work
Practices (SWP) and Safe Practices Manual (SPM).
(b) Support, participate, and mentor crews in Pre-Job Safety
Meetings (PJSM), Permits to Work (PTW), Job Safety
Analyses (JSA), Save Your Life Actions (SLYA) and Start
Work Checks (SWC).
(c) Liaise and exchange lessons learned and best practices with
Company and Company's business partners HSE
professionals.
(d) Perform Managing Safe Work (MSW) leadership
engagements that include PTW, JSA engagements and field
verifications.
(e) Support and participate in the designated behavioral-based
safety program. Identify and mitigate "at risk" behaviors and
trends.
(f) Support the Repetitive Stress Injury Prevention (RSIP)
program by performing workstation evaluations/reviews,
promoting rapid response and liaising with Company's RSIP
Coordinator.
(g) Support and participate in all daily and weekly safety
meetings.

(h) Develop full knowledge and understanding of the Safety
Management Systems (SMS) of Company's business partners.
(i) Ensure that operations comply with the HSE bridging
documents of Company's business partners.
(j) Be present for all critical operations to provide additional
supervision and HSE oversight.
(k) Encourage the use of Stop Work Authority (SWA) and ensure
SWA drills are conducted on a regular basis to build fluency.
(l) Participate in weekly conditional assessments.
(m) Provide a safety report out during the daily rig call to the
office.
(n) Coordinate and implement routine rig visits by Company's
Safeguard Validation and Verification (V&V) team and
implement V&V team findings and recommendations.
(10) OE Performance Tracking & Reporting
(a) Update Company's HSE record keeping system and OE/HSE
metrics scorecard as required.
(b) Analyze the data to identify trends and focus areas for
improvement.
(11) Environmental Stewardship
(a) Be the point of contact for guidance on all of Company's
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that relate to
environmental stewardship.
(12) Incident Investigation and Reporting
(a) Provide technical assistance and guidance to incident
investigations and reporting.
(b) Obtain and maintain Root Cause Analysis (RCA) facilitator
certification for "Five Why" and "Why Tree" methods.
(c) Participate in incident investigations, as facilitator or team
member, utilizing the "Five Why" or "Why Tree" RCA
methods.
(d) Enter all required information into Company's Incident
Management System (IMS).
(13) Emergency Management
(a) Participate in facility emergency response and evacuation
drills.

(b) Provide emergency response field safety support during
incidents by assuming the role assigned by Company in the
Incident Command System (ICS).
(c) Develop and maintain competency in Company's emergency
management system.
(d) Maintain the required inventory of emergency response
equipment to ensure it is available during a response.
(14) Compliance Assurance
(a) Coordinate annual facility internal reviews and follow up on
corrective actions.
(15) Organizational Capability
(a) Provide HSE safety training, mentoring and coaching to the
workforce.
(b) Support and train crews in any new Company HSE initiatives.
