Activities
HSE:
• Display HSE leadership by setting example of high HSE standards at all times.
• Promote safe handling and lifting operations in accordance with Aker HSE and Client LMS policy.
• Ensure compliance with relevant CONTRACTOR and HSE standards.
• Ensure Safe Working Practices are used by all onsite
• Ensure on site application of the Client 12 Golden Rules.
• Participate in on site HSE activities such as daily toolbox talks, safety walkabouts, HSEQ audit and all on site safety initiatives.
• Report to company on all on site HSE related issues.
Logistics:
• Check all equipment prior to shipping is visually checked and secured in the transport mode safely with all paperwork reviewed and approved prior to the equipment leaving SITE premises.
• Ensure that the contractor correctly manages spare part stock in relation to equipment maintenance,
consumption, minimum and maximum levels agreed with .
Quality:
• Ensure that all work carried out onsite is in accordance with CONTRACTOR and Total quality requirements.
• Ensure all procedures utilised onsite are correct for job, approved and released.
• Ensure all procedures are followed and that any deviations have prior agreement and CONTRACTOR
engineering approval.
• Provide client witness of workshop activities to ensure workshop compliance with approved procedures.
• Ensure that all relevant tools and equipment are maintained, certified and calibrated as required.
• Report to company any equipment failures or damage.
• Ensure all relevant NCR's are raised accordingly and follow up on closeout actions.
• Premobilisation inspection of all CONTRACTOR installable equipment prior to mobilisation.
• Ensure all activities are properly prepared and documented.
• Review and approval of all documentation related to workshop activities.
• Ensure all SQF's/ NCR's/SQR's related to CONTRACTOR equipment failure are fully mitigated and closed in a
satisfactory manner.
• Ensure no equipment is mobilised with open NCR without prior approval from company via CONTRACTOR concession
request.
• Liaise with the Total SPS entity to ensure timely delivery and handover of assets within company acceptance criteria.
• Liaise with third party and subcontractors that act on client direction for Aker equipment owned by client.
• Participate actively to the subsea equipment streamline process by identifying the equipment not in use for being
scrapped;
• Prepare REX and DIP dossiers/presentations.
Commercial:
• Ensure execution of work is in adherence to contract provision(s).
• Approval of equipment MAINTENANCE and PRESERVATION work scope in adherence to contract provision.
• Ensure all works carried out outside of contractual adherence are company approved via the applicable work order (SOR/CTR/ADHOC) request for approval system.
• Attend biweekly work order meeting with CONTRACTOR.
• Review and authenticate timesheets for all CONTRACTOR personnel on site.
Planning:
• Attend Operation meetings between Client and CONTRACTOR to determine offshore issues and upcoming
requirements.
• Management of workshop to ensure activities and priorities are allocated in accordance with operational
requirements.
• Monitor status of all works to ensure efficiency and on time delivery.
• Maintain CONTRACTOR equipment status tracker.
• Maintain records of all Aker equipment maintenance work packs.
• Submit weekly report to company regarding Equipment status, workshop activity, HSE and Quality.
Engineering:
• Attend biweekly engineering action meeting between Client and CONTRACTOR.
• Ownership of NCR activities on site as directed by Client engineering.
• Partake in equipment failure investigations and CONTRACTOR RCA.
Context and environment
The job holder is located in SONILS base at Subsea contractors facilities. Deep water context with Costly deep water DP rigs (dual & single derricks) & Subsea Wells. SIMOPS operations. High level of technical risks due to the operational costs & nature of planned operation/interventions. High level of QA/QC performances objectives.
Accountabilities
• Weekly reports to be sent to the N+1;
• Contractor's base Subsea Asset equipment mobilization and demobilization efficiency;
• Contractor's base Subsea Asset equipment maintenance followup and optimization;
• Contractor's base Subsea Asset equipment recertification processes;
• Total Subsea Asset equipment condition;
• SQM & KPI results QA/QC improvement of Subsea equipment;
• SQM & KPI results QA/QC improvement of Subsea equipment;
• Measure the QA/QC impacts of efficiency compare to offshore operations.
Qualifications/Experience required
• Minimum experience of 10 years in the petroleum industry;
• Experience of deepwater SPS systems in either operations, maintenance or manufacturing capacity
• Good interpersonal skills and organisational ability are also required;
• The incumbent should preferably have a previous experience in a QA/QC position.
One (1) Site Representative for Life of Field with rotational status for a period of one (1) year.
