Activities
Ensure and participates on the functioning of the MPE Service performance on the following activities:
• Methods
 Do the redaction and update of Performance work instructions and ensure that all Performance activities are covered by dedicated Work Instructions
 Propose local performance templates and forms to be used within the supply chain process
 Organize and structure documentation and archiving of the C&P entity
 Promote and Propose supporting and counseling ideas for the Project Groups if requested
 Propose and identify a set of local indicators for specific points in SC processes to improve referential procedures
performance and monitor follow-up, communication and actions plan related to these performance indicators.
 Continue Promote the Better Work Together objectives by communicating Supply Chain Process improvement or change information to the Métier Partners (manage workshop organized the by PL/Service Heads and presented by ACT/MPM)
 Analyze the Supply Chain workshop presentation, follow the actions plan and identify improvements opportunities
 Propose Performance quality controls and associated reports related to "purchases of goods and services
 Implement, identify a set of local indicators for specific points in SC processes to improve performance and monitor follow-up, communication and actions plan related to these performance indicators.
• Communication
 Facilitate the internal communication between C&P entities for procurement and contracts matters
 Liaise with TGP entities about procurement activities and promote exchange of information with them.
 Ensure regular update of C&P entity communication tools (WAT, newsletter, town halls)
• Performance:
 Perform the consolidation, follow-up and report to concerned entities (TEPA, TGP) on all C&P actions plans related to Audits (MAESTRO, Métier, internal and external audits etc), to performance reviews from TGP,
performance programs (EFO), cost reduction initiatives (3C).
 Coordinate and follow the HQ projects such as IVALUA, SENEQUA in relation with changes in the Supply Chain Process
 Analyze external monthly and quarterly Reports such as KPI and CPIs etc
 Prepare and participate in any (internal or external) audits when needed
 Do recommendations in order to improve Audits results or assessments' results of C&P department

Manage the Compliance:
• Compliance with all internal company rules and all applicable laws and regulation (JV rules, Country laws)
Adhere to the H3SE rules
• Be in constant alignment with H3SE Company rules, Procedures, Instructions and applicable legislation
• Take the necessary measures to avert immediate threat of danger. Exercising caution as necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations or avoid pollution.
Context and environment
The perimeter of this function includes Purchasing, Contracts, Stock Management and Freight Forwarding activities.

Deal with the evolution of the contracts and procurement profession, with methods and behaviour changes within the contracts and procurement profession and with the use of business processes and SAP.
Accountabilities
• To participate to the improvement C&P practices
• To participate to the monitoring of the procurement performance
Qualifications / Experience required

Professional experience in Contracts and Procurement, Legal, Methods or equivalent, allowing the performance the of the task in respect of the applicable Procedures / Rules / Regulations, English speaking, tools mastering such as Microsoft Office package & others used by the company.
Qualification and background
• Diploma: Bac+3 or recognized/certified experience equivalence
• International Experience Required : No
• Professional experience: 5 years in oil and gas industry. Minimum 2 years as graduate methods or a total of
5 years in any Contact & Procurement specialities
• Capacities of observation, analysis and synthesis.
• Strong relational skills, listening and communication; Team spirit and concept of service.
• Discretion and sense of organization and management priorities
