Coordinate, monitor, and oversee Separations Building Module Assay Unit cascade build-out involving all steelwork, movement and installation of CHP units, installation of cascade cooling water, installation of electrical cables, and all associated tasks related to these activities. Monitors, controls, and operates uranium enrichment equipment and other production-related equipment at URENCO USA and ETC to produce enriched uranium while protecting the health and safety of the public and plant employees and preventing damage to plant equipment and structures. Ensures adherence to high standards of human performance and safety.

Essential Functions *
• Demonstrated experience in performing Cascade Steelwork installation, torqueing, alignment, and all supporting activities related to steelwork work scope for a cascade.
• Knowledge of supporting activities related to Cascade build-out including Medium Frequency Cables, Remote Temperature Device Cables, Cascade Cooling Water systems, Cascade Header Pipework movements and installation, and all elements of a Cascade build-out.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications to facilitate production efforts.
• Demonstrated experience supporting activities related to the series production assembly and installation of TC21 and TC12 centrifuges, including rapid analysis and evaluation of centrifuge assembly and installation challenges and problems performed under a strict set of ETC Design Boundaries.
• Ability to understand and implement the ETC TC21 and TC12 centrifuge Reference Design as it applies to series production, including knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, interactions between complex mechanical systems and relevant international standards.
• Experience applying a deep understanding of key technical methods, designs, concepts, and processes essential for ensuring the robust and high-performance output of ETC TC21 and TC12 centrifuges and cascades.
• Experience developing and maintaining a comprehensive set of technical procedures and process diagrams supporting daily shop floor centrifuge assembly and installations steps and processes.
• Knowledge and experience applying ETC factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing, and manufacturing qualification program requirements in support of commissioning TC21 and TC12 assembly and installation equipment, processes, and tooling.
• Experience implementing classification guide CG-LCP-4A as it applies to the classification of centrifuge component parts.
• Additional duty requirement performing in the role as the Training Monitor for ETC USA personnel. Will be required to track, enter, up-date training for the entire organization using a training database. Additionally, communicate training requirements with ETC USA personnel to prevent overdue training.
• Perform the duties of a radiation and chemical worker employing sound radiological and chemical work practices to minimize the spread of contamination and generation of contaminated waste and ensure that work is performed in a manner such that the radiation dose received is “as low as reasonably achievable” (ALARA).Perform technical and quality reviews of a wide array of engineering and technical products. Advanced experience levels also perform reviews of non-typical documents and situations. Including 10 CFR 70.72(c) reviews (and maintaining such qualifications).
