EMEA CRM Manager
Reports to Global Commercial Excellence Lead
Location: Remote (EMEA)

More recently Menarini has made a commitment to oncology, investing in a pipeline of five investigational compounds for the treatment of a variety of hematological and/or solid tumors, and through the acquisition of Stemline Therapeutics in June 2020, Menarini strengthened its oncology portfolio with the addition of both commercial and clinical-stage assets. These assets include ELZONRIS® (tagraxofusp), a targeted therapy directed to the IL-3R (CD123), approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2018 for the treatment of adult and pediatric patients, with Blastic Plasmacytoid Dendritic Cell Neoplasm (BPDCN). In Europe, in January 2021 ELZONRIS® was approved by the EMA as monotherapy for the first-line treatment of adult patients with BPDCN.
The acquisition of Stemline established Menarini’s presence in the US biopharmaceutical oncology market, where the Company will support further development of Stemline’s assets and will enable global expansion by leveraging its commercial infrastructure in Europe and other ex-US geographies.
Menarini entered into a global license agreement with Radius Health to complete the development of Elacestrant, an oral SERD in late stage Phase 3 development for hormone receptor-positive advanced breast cancer. Following a successful phase 3 study Menarini-Stemline is preparing for commercialization of Elacestrant in US, Europe and AsiaPac
Additionally, Menarini received exclusive rights to commercialize NEXPOVIO for the treatment of oncology indications in the European Union and other European countries (including the United Kingdom), Latin America and other key countries. Menarini has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Karyopharm Therapeutics for the rights to commercialize an innovative therapeutic option in Europe, Latin America, Turkey, Russia, and CIS countries. NEXPOVIO (Selinexor) is a first-in-class, oral Selective Inhibitor of Nuclear export compound for the treatment of hematologic cancers and solid tumors. It is already marketed in the US for multiple myeloma and is under development for solid tumor indications.

Opportunity
The EMEA CRM Manager will be a member of the Global Marketing team for Menarini-Stemline, strategically responsible for Global CRM activities, with an operational focus in EU and MEA launch countries.
Responsibilities
• Strategic design and rollout of CRM systems across EU & MEA countries.
• Interface between Menarini-Stemline and CRM systems’ vendors and consultants.
• Accountable for commercial CRM activities including the set up of business rules, with strong cross-functional collaboration with Medical and Market Access teams.
• Collaborate with country teams, including leadership, towards optimization of CRM systems.
• Drive segmentation & targeting exercises with country commercial leadership, and if necessary, external consultants to ensure high quality impact of commercial team deployment.
• Define optimal commercial field force team sizes and deployment for business objectives.
• Support customer facing teams in EU-5 and key MEA countries in day-to-day CRM activities.
• Lead training and periodic refreshment of CRM tools for customer facing teams.
• Define key execution KPIs, and provide leadership with periodic analytical progress reports and outcomes.
• Propose to leadership developments and upgrades of CRM system to ensure state of the art CRM systems in Menarini-Stemline
