The job
As 5CA Business Developer Manager you will be challenged to build and manage your commercial portfolio. You generate and follow up on leads and attend relevant events, making sure that you are wherever our potential clients are. After leading the sales process from end to end, you continue to manage and expand the commercial relationship with the client.
Responsibilities
- Support sales efforts for potential new clients
- Manage qualify and guide incoming leads and generate outbound leads through events and cold outreach
- Work in close collaboration with Sales Management to conclude contracts with new Clients
- Ensure a constant quality level of commercial administration in CRM and pipeline management system We offer

Job Requirements
- Experience in sales or account management; previous experience with tech scale-ups is strongly preferred
- Proven experience engaging with clients, understanding the client's needs, discovering new opportunities, and overcoming challenges
- Experience with sales CRM; MS Dynamics it's a plus
- You are a great storyteller hence able to bring the message of 5CA across powerfully and originally
- Results-oriented, critical thinking with a healthy dose of skepticism
- You master the English language and are a great communicator
