We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Consultant to help us meet our growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He/she will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential in Africa and Caspian Sea territory, crafting sales plans aligned with customers and distribution partners, and being accountable of these.
This position is home based in EMEA region. Easy access to international airport is important.
What You'll Be Doing
• Representing Henny Penny, a leading company in the foodservice industry
• Promoting the company’s products and services
• Drive growth, develop a pipeline and establish sales objectives projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products
• Ensure sales volume and product mix by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
• Acting as the main point of contact with the Distributor Network and Customers, facilitate and add value to the selling process, converting opportunities into orders
• Meet with end-customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's and Distributor Network relationship with them
• Manage, coach, and motivate the Distributor Network to develop their capabilities to ensure a high professional standard is achieved and defined KPI targets are met
• Provide hands on training to staff of Distributors; equipment operation knowledge, end user demonstration capability, hunt new sales process, ROI calculations, etc.
• Maintain data relative to partners, accounts, opportunities, and activities and document customer interactions
• Provide reports of field sales success, travels, meetings, and communicate VOC data to superiors
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training programs and educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
• Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his/her defined geography, Distributor Network, and customer
