Manager, Workforce Management

Full-time, (home)based in Sweden

In this role, you will be key responsible for management support, supervision, and coaching of the Workforce Management Team to help maximize resource utilization and ensure effective and efficient service delivery.

A snapshot of this opportunity
• Conduct forecasting, predictions and scenarios for the incoming business demand in cooperation with commercial departments and business controlling to management
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost benefit analyses for recommendations of personnel staffing needs to management
• Discover opportunities to provide value through consultation
• Partner globally to share subject matter expertise, lessons learned, and work to drive global consistency in how BCD manages and utilizes contact center technology
• Oversee analysis to validate the effectiveness and efficiency of plans, strategies, and decision
• Maintain time tracking and other administrative requirements when necessary

How you can set yourself apart
• Business controller experience
• Relevant experience in Workforce Management and Contact Center
• Ability build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key leaders
• Proficiency in Excel, databases, Microsoft Office applications, and Power BI
• Advanced knowledge of Contact Center Technologies (WFM, QI, ACD)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, also in English
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple initiatives and tasks simultaneously
