Business Travel Consultant (T24 Nordic)
Full-Time - Virtual
Shift: Evening/Nigh & Weekends
We are seeking experienced travel consultants who are proactive, quick thinking and able to deliver customer service to a high standard.
The daily job at emergency team is one of the most varied jobs you can imagine in the travel industry. While on your shift, you will handle all travel requirements for business travelers, including flight itineraries, car rental and hotel reservations. Every day is different. Weather issues, strikes or just a normal shift, we need to find ad hoc solutions for passengers all over the world. You advise customers by offering them the best travel options based on pricing and routing. You go the extra mile with everything you do.
A snapshot of this opportunity
• You will appropriately guide deliver solutions to our business travelers who need your help at times of emergencies
• Confidently use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
• Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules
How you can set yourself apart
• Have a passion for travel and delivering a customer service to a high standard
• Experience in the corporate travel management industry
• Strong skills on travel industry systems GDS (Amadeus) and issuing/reissuing of tickets, reading farenotes and rules
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish; knowledge of Danish, Finnish or Norwegian is a plus
