Location: Singapore – Remote

Salary: SGD $45,600 - SGD $55,000 annually + 10% bonus, DOE

About the Role: 

Applied Value Technologies is seeking a Triage Specialist to assist in the delivery of our mission- and business-critical application services with internal customers. Reporting into the Production Operations team, our goal is to deliver excellent technical support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness. This position is part of the Enterprise Engineering organization and requires an agile, proactive mindset to drive efficient user support. Candidates must be passionate about technology, live for amazing customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About you: 

We are looking for someone to: 
• Perform troubleshooting of issues and work closely with the team to ensure rectification and proper closure of issues.
• Review dashboards and apply remediation actions as indicated by our processes.
• Coordinate the L2/L3 and business for any bug fixes and enhancements.
• Managing and recording all work through Ticketing System.
• Create and update standard operation procedures (SOP) and run books/cheat sheets.
• Take ownership of the support tickets until the case is closed.
• Provide business process and application support for supply chain applications using documented processes.

Some stuff you need:
• 1 - 5 years working in supply chain as an end user or in a technical role.
• Ability to work weekends and on-call as required.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-driven and must be effective in working both independently and in a team setting, with minimum supervision.
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple product tracks, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 3 years of experience with enterprise-scale applications support
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
• Basic understanding of enterprise applications and business impact
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal required

Nice to have:
• Associate or technical degree
• Experience working either on a Helpdesk or for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) / IT Support Business.
• Professional IT Certifications such as ITIL, ITSM, SCRUM, etc.
