C-Care is currently looking for a Maintenance Lead to be based at C-Care Grand Baie.

The selected candidate will report to the Clinic Manager/Head of Maintenance and will have the following responsibilities:
What you will be doing:
• Plan, organize and control the work of the maintenance team to ensure efficiency in day to day operations
• Promptly submit recommendations to Manager with regards to requirements concerning workforce, tooling and spares/replacement parts
• Coordinate and control the work of external contractors and suppliers
• Ensure the daily collection and proper disposal of solid waste
• Monitor and initiate action to avoid shortage of water, diesel, LPG and medical gases
What are we looking for?
• Diploma in related field
• A minimum of 3-years’ experience in similar position (Preferably in the Healthcare Sector)
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on pressure and shift system
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
