Missions:
- Ensure standard working process for Change Management Tasks/Tools/Process.
- Training of employees and Rollout about new processes, software and Methods.
- Optimization of the existing process/ documents in the ÄD plant.
- Change management topics: release of a new / update process flow chart, Discussing of proposed improvement Idea.
- Accompanying the introduction of new production technologies as well as preliminary work for necessary process instructions in cooperation with the specialist department.
- Creation/ processing/ communication of documentations (e.g. development documentations etc.) in systems within the project team; support in deadline and cost planning for a vehicle project; coordination of the maturity level increase (e.g. by means of analyses of the first components and deviation of optimizations etc.) and elaboration of concrete remedial actions.
- Determination of the required production capacities and resources (e.g. infrastructure, machines, tools and materials etc.).
- Coordination and stipulation of relevant planning parameters with specialist departments/ within the team.
- Coordination of drawing contents with the specialist departments, taking into consideration a manufacturing- and installation-specific layout, if applicable initiation of modifications.
- Introduction, monitoring and analyses of manufacturing trials.
- Identification and verification of improvement potentials in production and on the product as well as implementation of the suggestions upon approval.
- Assistance and coordination in the start-up of new projects.
- Follow-up and support of bottlenecks in the production area.
- Manage production Rump_up/ Run & Rate. Profile :
- University Degree.
- 03 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Good English level.
- Master of the Pack Microsoft Office.
