Responsible in supporting stylists and store by ensuring that all administrative, operational and client service initiatives are achieved and maintained to the Company?s standards. Responsible for mastering the store?s POS system while completing successful transactions. Responsible for all product inventory and merchandise protection. Accountable for maintaining an organized stockroom and cash wrap with the unified goal of driving productivity, profitability, and elevating customer service.
• Assist with all customer service functions in store ensuring end to end task completion, successful processes, and high level of client satisfaction.
• Assist customers with a variety of transactions through the Company?s POS system. Partner with the IT Department for technical support and troubleshooting. Understand all Retail Pro POS software processes and CSR manual protocols and procedures.
• Assist in bagging or wrapping client purchases. Defuse customer situations and effectively provide a timely resolution. Assist with supply inventory to ensure store is stocked with necessary equipment.
• Answer incoming customer calls with a high level of professionalism & work to establish a positive rapport. Encode and capture client information ensuring security and privacy by following all required procedures.
• Maintain overall store maintenance, music, lighting, paint, etc. Address all operational duties including store supplies, prop organization, discard, ordering, go backs and maintenance. Partner with Management to schedule and coordinate maintenance and service and repair calls.
• Assist with coordinating store alterations through execution and follow up ensuring client satisfaction throughout entire process. Assist management with private and in-store events.
• Assist with store inventory, shipping, receiving, and transferring of all merchandise. Accurately input all merchandise into the store?s inventory. Immediately communicate any inventory issues to Management and/or corporate office. Assist with special order processes.
• Assist Management with stock checks and administrative duties, such as but not limited to, schedules, printing, faxing, scanning documents, special deliveries, coffee errands, etc.
• Additional duties as assigned by Store Management
