Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Candidate will be based at Delhi or Bangalore office and will be working in Animal Healthcare Division for handling marketing function of Cattle / Poultry Segment.
2. He/she will be responsible for launching new products & strengthening the existing brands.
3. He/ She should have good knowledge in Cattle / Poultry Segment.
4. He/she will closely work with field Managers and all other supporters frequently.
5. He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative.
6. He/she will design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.
7. He/she will be responsible for customers oriented campaign & special activities for priority products.
8. He/she will be responsible for Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders.
9. He/she will be responsible for Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.
10. He/she will responsible for Field work to review and evaluate strategy implementation .
Candidate will Co-ordinate with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. BV Sc / MV Sc and Animal Health with 6-10 yrs in Marketing of Animal Health Products preferably in Cattle / Poultry segments, out of 3-4 years as Assistant Product Manager / Product Manager / Sr. Product Manager handling Cattle / Poultry Segment .
2. He/ She should have good knowledge of promoting products through retail trade.
3. He/she should have experience in launching New Products in Cattle / Poultry Segment.
4. He/ She should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands.
5. He/She should be exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity and initiatives to achieve both personal and corporate goals.
6. Candidate should be excellent in communication.
