Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Turnover Supervisor (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Tengiz, 28\28. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.
Job Description
• Works closely with Phase 5 Delivery Team to ensure seamless transition of scopes from FGP P3b Team to HPLP Team
• Leads the development and implementation of HPLP Conversion Turnover Process, including the optimization of Turnover Management System (TMS)
• Works with Digital Team to develop HPLP Conversion Specific Dashboards
• Ensures job pack review prior to issue to the elected contractor to confirm construction-pre-commissioning certification issues have been considered during the design phase
• Works closely with HPLP Commissioning & Start-up Team (CSU) & Systems Completions team in the development and definition of system and subsystem planning so that project completions meets functional objectives required by Operations/ FO
• Monitors and inspects pre-commissioning activities and completed work to ensure compliance with Company and industry standard practices, contract provisions, codes, drawings, specifications, and safe practices. Works closely with Construction Engineers, Project Engineers, QC Supervisors, Vendor Reps and Contractors to ensure proper methods, techniques and materials are being used and that certification/ documentation and actual site activities are in alignment
• Participate and support and Contractor meetings
• Coordinates various Contractors and Construction Specialists to plan and conduct handover activities. Coordinates joint Construction/Operations walk downs
• Reviews completeness and accuracy of PSI and As-Built information supplied by the Contractor
• Compiles necessary project Handover documentation and project closeout information
• Reports completion/acceptance status and issues through weekly Turnover Certification Status Reports both to Operations Management and Construction Specialists / Operations Representatives
• Provides day-to-day supervision of Turnover Engineers, Turnover group Technical Assistants, and other field pre-commissioning personnel (Vendor Reps – Inspectors, both international and locals). Total of eight (8) direct reports
• Works with Turnover Engineers to ensure complete understanding of job packs and timely preparation of required Certification Indexes
• Direct Technical Assistants in their day-to-day task including archiving of completed projects
• Works with Turnover group Application Support specialists to ensure efficient and timely record of certification paperwork into the relevant Turnover group’s Databases and preparation of required Reports
• Works with Construction Management to ensure proper planning of work, assignment of projects, and manpower staffing levels
• Provides technical support for interface and coordination of HPLP Construction & CSU Teams interaction with RA And ROK officials with respect to site construction and commissioning activities and documentation
• Ensures HPLP Construction Team follows and RA processes and maintains and manages required documentation
• Supports PSSR activities
• Participates and supports Acceptance Commissions for HPLP Projects
• Evaluates work processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improving group performance
• Assures contractors have working knowledge of project compliance related requirements and documentation
• Devotes time to mentor and train national Construction Group personnel in oil field equipment and materials, construction practices, pre-commissioning, handover completions and safe working practices
Requirements:
• Higher level education from a University or Technical institute is highly desired in engineering or industrial sciences
• At least 15 years’ experience in facilities construction or process plant work
• At least 10 years’ experience working in Turnover / Systems Completions / Project Completion roles
• Computer skills: MS Offiice (Excel, Word, Access, Visio, Projects); TMS, MCPlus, CMS, iPIMS
