We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Incharge to manage the inventory and logistics operations of our doors/windows manufacturing factory. The Store Incharge will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, managing stock levels, maintaining accurate records, and supervising the store staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of successful store management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the inventory of raw materials, finished products, and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely procurement
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses, using inventory management software
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
• Supervise the store staff, ensuring excellent performance and adherence to safety and security procedures
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to plan and execute material procurement and logistics activities
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and prepare reports on inventory levels, turnover, and cost of goods sold
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in inventory management or store management, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage inventory, suppliers, and store staff
• Familiarity with inventory management and procurement software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Experience in the doors/windows manufacturing industry is a plus
