菓子製造工程での機械オペレーター
【具体的な業務内容】
生地 ＞＞ 焼 ＞＞ 味付 ＞＞ 包装
いずれかの工程の業務をお願いします。
■生地工程
生地を練る機械の操作を行うほか、必要な資材を補充します。
出来上がった生地の水分量や大きさを測定・記録します。
■焼工程
生地を機械にセットし焼工程に流します。
焼く前・後の生地の状態を確認し、きちんと焼けているかチェックします。
■味付工程
醤油や塩、砂糖等の調味料を調合し、機械に投入します。
生地への調味材の付着量を測定し品質を確認します。
■包装工程
包装資材の補充や機械のメンテナンス、ライン作業スタッフの管理を行います。

■ Fabric process
In addition to operating the machine for kneading the dough, it replenishes the necessary materials. Measure and record the moisture content and size of the finished dough.
■ Baking process

Check the condition of the dough before and after baking and check that it is properly baked.
■ Seasoning process
Mix seasonings such as soy sauce, salt, and sugar and put them in the machine.
Check the quality by measuring the amount of seasoning adhered to the dough.
■ Packaging process
We will replenish packaging materials, maintain machines, and manage line work staff.
