The Role

Korn Ferry delivers career coaching globally for professionals at all levels and at all stages in their careers. Our career coaches help individuals clarify and achieve their career goals by leveraging cutting edge technology and industry leading career insights. What You’ll Be Doing

As a member of Korn Ferry’s EMEA career coaching team, you will cultivate an individuals’ capability to unlock their full career potential. In this role, you will be a thought partner and accountability partner to help individuals to design, reimagine, or explore their future career aspirations. You will coach your clients to get to know themselves intimately, by creating awareness through self-reflection and self-assessment. Our approach is guided by the coach and driven by the individual.

Your coaching will be delivered through phone calls, online chat, video calls, social media platforms, email, and other similar channels. You will provide debriefs on assessments, review CVs, help individuals prepare impactful job applications, plus facilitate mock interviews to provide feedback and insights to help individuals refine their interview skills for targeted opportunities. You will also use powerful questions to help bring awareness to potential blind spots and help an individual to best leverage their strengths to achieve successful outcomes in their career transition journey.

Who Are We Looking For
• In depth experience as a career coach or career advisor, with a track record in helping professionals achieve successful outcomes in career transition contexts
• Fluent Arabic language skills (spoken and written) is an essential prerequisite for this position
• An empathetic, curious, digitally minded, client focused individual with a passion for coaching excellence
• Recognised coaching accreditation (e.g. ICF ACC or MCC; EMCC)
• Strong collaborator with proven ability to influence, build rapport, and ability to develop and maintain strong coaching partnerships with clients
• Adept in leveraging social media platforms to contribute on career related discussions with clients
• Flexible in providing a range of availability to deliver on engagements with Korn Ferry to meet our client needs
• Previous experience delivering feedback on assessment instruments (including those from Korn Ferry) is highly desirable
• A motivational communicator in both one-on-one and dynamic team environments
• You will thrive in a remote working environment
• Skilled in using customer relationship management systems (or similar) plus Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
