A company primarily engaged in the manufacturing and selling of automobiles.
Responsibilities:
**Global manufacturer
**International exposure

Perform duties related to legal and compliance operations
Ensure internal control and train employees
Be responsible for contract management and provide legal advice to business partners
Working alongside other departments within the company
Advising on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different deals Researching and anticipating unique legal issues that could impact the company.
Participate in corporate legal affairs in cooperation with the legal department to which multinational legal experts belong.
Be at the forefront of the automobile manufacturing in Japan and globally
Qualification requirements

Legal expertise :5 years or more of corporate legal experience
Automotive industry experience: Advantageous but not required
Japanese or foreign lawyer qualification (not required)
Having experience in corporate legal affairs(compliance with laws and regulations at the Company's factory, securing internal controls, and appropriately managing contracts.
Desired person:
Willing to constantly hone and improve their practices.
Willingness to cooperate with other departments to solve problems and issues.
Work, think and act autonomously on problems and implement appropriate solutions.
Provide reasonable and balanced advice and proposals on issues from the business side without compromising legal compliance.
