【求人No NJB2004002】事業拡大中の企業にて、プロセスエンジニアをご担当いただきます】　※DSM社とJSR社の合弁会社である、日本特殊コーティング株式会社（JFC社）での採用となります。　⇒幅広い知見を活かし、生産工場の設計・運用・最適化・改善に貢献いただきます。具体的には....1.統計的手法、RCA （原因分析）及びFMEA （故障モード及び効果分析）を用いて資産利用を分析し、実際のプラント性能と予想されるプラント性能との間の不一致を解明し、改善を提案する。2.工場の問題、機会、製品開発、新製品、技術革新、法規制の変更等の実現可能性を検討し実施する。3.改善のための難題に対するゲートキーパーとしての行動、およびイニシアティブを確保する。4.大型プロジェクト、改善プロジェクト等のエンジニアリングノウハウを提供し、改善目標が達成されたかどうかを評価する。5.関連するすべての情報を文書化し、ファイル化し、伝達する。相乗効果が得られるならば、DSM内で広く専門知識/ソリューションを伝達する。6.生産・保守担当者への研修を支援することで、ユーザーの知識レベルを高める。7.会社の要求事項および関連する法令に従い、定義されたSHEおよびQ方針を実行する。1.Analyze Asset Utilization using statistical methods RCA （Root Cause Analysis） and FMEA （Failure Mode Effect Analysis） explain discrepancies between actual and expected plant performance and propose improvements. 2.Execute feasibility studies of plant problems opportunities product developments new products technological innovations changing laws and regulations etc. 3.Act as gatekeeper （against hurdle） for all improvement initiatives and safeguard coherence between all initiatives.4.Provide engineering expertise in large capital projects and improvement projects and evaluate whether improvement targets have been met. 5.Document file and communicate all relevant information.
