Experienced in large scale Production Support Server Environment
Handling Data Center Operations with Business & Mission Critical applications
Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets
Predicting Risk/Impact and Participating in Major Changes
Reporting & Performance Dashboards with Capacity Planning
Technical Team (5-10 members) & Vendor Management
Technical Transition & Developing Knowledge Base Database.

Strong knowledge on install, configure and manage Avaya Enterprise voice and contact center application, CMS, scripting, Avaya voice portal, Nice Call recoding, Avaya WFO Management
Strong knowledge on Communication manger, Gateway and Enterprise telecom networking
Strong knowledge on Avaya contact center, IVR, CTI, Reporting, Voice, and Quality monitoring tools
Good understanding of Avaya contact center call flow scripting
Good understanding of TDM PABX Systems and Telecom concepts
Good hands on experience on Avaya communication manger installation and confi
