Job Description Summary
This position will lead to manage supplier panel for total NSEA sites. And lead the sourcing work to support ITO /OTR projects, as well as sourcing operation daily work. He or she will use experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives to influence short-term and long-term business goals.
Job Description
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for the Marine/Industry/services business for GE PC NSEA;
• Supplier panel management and monitor strategy implementation and contract compliance;
• Execute end-to-end Sourcing process: strategy, market analysis, negotiation process (RFQs), and supplier selection.
• Support indirect sourcing and sourcing tooling maintenance.
• Place and follow-up on POs. Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution. Manage problems and schedule changes. Update requestors.
• Resolve outstanding AP issues.
• Broadening knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in own discipline to execute functional policy/strategy; still developing functional knowledge and skills.
• Basic comprehension of key business drivers; uses this comprehension to accomplish own work. Good cognition of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
