In the year 2011, we were awarded by Safaricom PLC with a trophy for emerging position 3 Country wide in the category of Investment in Distribution Resources.
JOB SUMMARY
Ability and passion to work with a telecommunications sales and marketing team.Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Business related courses. Experience in field sales and marketing with safaricom dealers or any Distribution company is an added advantage.He/She must be computer literate
RESPONSIBILITIES
He/She will be offering solutions like Paybills, LIpa Na M-pesa, Fibre, Safaricom Car Trackers, Bulk SMS, Phones and Phone Accessories etc.Stimulate sales activities to attain or exceed revenue objectives on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.Update and maintain continuously internal marketing database to precisely reflect sales activities and prospect status.Support preparation of perfect monthly, quarterly and yearly sales projection along with pipeline reports.Assist partner distribution networks associated with distribution plus promotion of organization materials.Prepare marketing plans determining specific organization product needs.Develop market and competitive analysis, pricing schedules, forecasts, promotional plus advertising requirements.Develop and coordinate promotional as well as collateral materials like brochures, videos, binders and trade show graphics etc.Support marketing and sales programs .Support in corporate plus product branding.Prepare, plan and implement local marketing events.Plan and implement corporate events as defined in standard operating procedure.Execute accurately all organization initiatives, policies plus procedures to improve quality, operations and service.
