Branded Communication Agency Ltd started in the year 2010 as a young company based in Kitale Town, Trans-Nzoia County, and as per now we have expannded and opened branches at different counties. In the year 2011, we were awarded by Safaricom PLC with a trophy for emerging position 3 Country wide in the category of Investment in Distribution Resources.
JOB SUMMARY
Degree or Diploma in any business-related course.Ability to engage customers.Excellent communication skills.Experience in Tele sales is an added advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Selling products and services through the phone.Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.Maintain a detailed database of potential clients.Updating the existing customer-relationship database with the new details.
