What We Are Looking For
Within Total Water Management (TWM) team we are looking for a Principal Engineer.
What You Will Do
• Applies engineering skill to solve complex problems utilizing knowledge of customers, markets, and technologies.
• Schedules and coordinates major segments of complex projects to meet cost and time objectives. Reviews design and documentation to ensure compliance with design criteria and standards.
• Conducts feasibility studies, determines manpower and cost estimates, and develops engineering criteria.
• May initiate and lead an engineering technology/capability/program development to deliver key business initiatives.
• Activities lead to innovative applications and extensions of existing or new products, processes, systems or methods having major importance to the business.
• Directs the technical work of others and manages engineering activities for important supply chain projects.
• Have full professional competence to manage one or more engineering projects concurrently, with emphasis on in-depth technical contribution.
• May guide or train lower-level engineers.
• Actively participates in project planning by demonstrating knowledge of project management tools and techniques on cross-functional teams.
• Normally reports to Engineering Manager.
What are we looking for in a candidate?
• Education: Chemical / Environmental / Mechanical Engineering Degree
• Minimum 5 years or more years of directly related engineering experience
• Strong commercial mindset and financial acumen
• Able to manage conflict and job-related pressure
• Problem-solving skills
