Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a (Handover Completions Engineer) (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in (Aktau, 5\2). We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client's requirements.
Job Description:
• Focal point for coordinating project handover from Projects & Engineering to Asset department
• Liaise with Project Engineers to understand the project scope, schedule & completion targets
• Work closely with site-based construction managers to support timely closure of punch list items and as-builts
• Liaise with Asset department from early stage of work execution to clarify any queries that might potentially impact project Handover and to keep them involved during the Construction phase
• Engage with Construction contractors & Company stakeholders for initiation and preparation of Handover packages in parallel with the work execution
• Review and verify that all required Engineering, Vendor, Safety, Fabrication/Construction, As-Built and Regulatory Approval Documents are identified in the Handover Dossier index from works initiation stage
• Coordinate proper compilation and indexing of Handover dossiers which shall provide a complete record of the works including material certifications, Installations & Mechanical Completion as per the requirements of Company Procedures & Rok regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with Company Document control to expedite the Handover Dossiers
• Review and verify the correctness of Construction Contractor provided information related to Inspection test records, Checklist
• Expedite the closeout of Punch lists by Construction Contractor, including review and acceptance of closeout by Company stakeholders
• Coordinate with Construction contractor, Company QC & commissioning teams to expedite completion of Commissioning check sheets
