Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a GS SC I&C Commissioning Engineer (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Tengiz, 28\28. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.
Job Description
• Be a leader in safety and protecting the environment
• Act as a safety champion by promoting safety awareness and safe performance among colleagues, Project teams, and contractors at all times
• Contributes to safety program, health and environment protection, reliability and efficiency in order to achieve world-class performance of OE strategies
• Takes participation in BBS program
• Supporting “Save a life”, IIF, Morning toolbox discussions; Verification and Validation of Operational Excellence
• Perform field inspections, attend system / sub-system walkdowns, confirming equipment readiness for pre-commissioning
• Perform PTW Area Controller (AC) duties as defined in SI-105 representing the Automation team on any Cluster area
• Attend PTW meetings as PTW Area Controller
• MC Plus verification for all sub-systems for the Gathering scope
• Assist with completion of Commissioning Test Procedures (CTP) primarily for Automation discipline scope
• Support Test and Validation of PCS/SIS/FGS systems through to RFSU
• Review 1/3/6 Weekly Lookaheads (WLA) and drive B&C Check Sheets to completion for assigned scope (SIS/PCS/FGS) maintaining alignment with the overall commissioning execution plan
• Coordinates / prepares engineering deliverable red-line mark-ups (RLMU) in preparation for handover to Operations (RFSU/RFO)
• Supports /assists other team membersoles of Gathering Systems Completions Automation department in their activities/duties as required
• Broad knowledge and understanding of all types of field instrumentation used in control applications. This includes but not limited to duty/standby pump sets, SIS shutdown systems F&G systems, serial links
• Provides daily updates and progress reports to the GS SC I&C / Automation Lead
Requirements:
• Education: Higher Technical – Bachelor’s degree in Automation / Instrumentation, or equal
• Work experience: 5-7 yrs Instrumentation and Control systems experience
• Language skills: English (Upper Intermediate)
• Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
