Job Title: Logistics Call Agent - UK
Job Location: G8 Markaz Islamabad
Corporate Head Quarter: England
Job Type & Timings: 12pm-9pm (Summer) / 1pm-10pm (Winters) - Full Time Office Based
Experience Level: Fresh to 1 year of experience in full time office based position
What you will be doing:
• Find cost effective haulage providers to deliver goods.
• Negotiate with existing hauliers to keep delivery cost low
• Coordinate with hauliers to make sure smooth shipment of goods
• Communicate with Hauliers to ensure timely collection from warehouse and communicate ETA to the customer
• Coordinate and monitor operations of the shipment
Requirements for the role:
• Must have Strong ENGLISH speaking skills
• Intermediate to Bachelors degree.
• Fresh Graduates with strong English speaking skills
• Ability to multitask and track multiple processes throughout the supply chain
• Excellent computing skills: MS Office - CRM
