仕事内容：
・ホテルラウンジでの演奏にジャズバンドやシンガーなどクライアントの要望に沿ったミュージシャンを手配。
・その他各種イベントなどでのライブエンターテイメントのブッキング。
・各演奏現場にてミュージシャンのアテンドおよび音響サポート、クライアントや現場スタッフとの関係構築。
・国内外において様々なジャンルのアーティストやパフォーマーの発掘。
・クライアントやミュージシャンとの契約や支払い業務などの事務作業全般。
・セミナーやパーティーなどのイベントプロデュース。
・イベントやコラボ企画での著名アーティストやスタッフなどのキャスティングおよび契約業務などの事務。
・外国人スタッフ・アーティストとのコミュニケーションなど、日常的に英語力が必要とされる仕事です。
Syn is the vision of three founders, partners and very good friends; Nick Wood, Simon Le Bon and Yasmin Le Bon. Since founding Syn in 1991, Syn has become a global music agency with offices in Tokyo, Los Angeles, Beijing, Shanghai, Manila and London.
We are currently looking for a Live Entertainment Manager to coordinate musician bookings for performances in luxury venues throughout Tokyo.
Duties:
- Booking of musicians and other live acts for performances in hotel lounges and events.
- Sourcing of specific genre or styles of musicians in line with client requests such as Jazz band and singers.
- Attending venues to support the musicians with their audio and general needs, while maintaining relationships with the clients and the staff.
- Finding new talent for various kinds of live entertainment in and outside of Japan.
- Dealing with the general administrative works including contracts and payment for the clients and musicians.
- Managing various events such as seminars and parties.
- Artist and staff castings for events and corporate deals as well as handling administrative tasks including contracts.
- It is required to communicate in both English and Japanese fluently as we have multi-national clients, staff and artists.

- Wide range of knowledge and understanding of music and the music industry
- A solid network of local musicians especially in jazz and pops
- Native Japanese / Business English
- Available to work on weekends, evenings, and national holidays (not every week)
- Detailed information management skill

- Able to work together as a team with charm
- Must currently reside/ or be able to relocate to Tokyo
