We’re looking for a Trainee Customer Order Management to join our team in Zellik (Brussels).

As a Trainee Customer Order Management, you’ll be responsible to help us meet our ambitious growth targets.
We value the strong connection with our customers. You’ll play a key role in the ordering, delivery & installation process of various projects. We are currently strengthening our Order Management activities in Belgium. The team works from our office located in Zellik (Brussels).

What you’ll do
• You’ll provide service directly to the customers
• You’ll responsible for a proactive and order management & order fulfilment process
• You’ll work closely with different stakeholders, with sales, project support & customer care colleagues, but also with factories and third party vendors
• You’ll provide pricing and delivery information
• You’ll continuously improve the customer service process (LEAN methodology)
Your qualifications
• You’ve a bachelor/university degree
• We’re open to hire fresh graduates!
• You’re ambitious to grow further, and develop yourself
• You’re fluent in Dutch/French and you have a good knowledge of English
• You’re passionate about operational excellence
• You’re willing to learn working with different programs (SAP, MyLighting, Excel…)
