QC Legal are working exclusively with a top tier firm in their search for a Projects Associate to be based in their Doha office. This is your chance to be part of a knowledgeable, highly skilled and tenacious team equipping you with the necessary tools to take your practice to the next level.
We’re looking for an ambitious associate, ready to undertake work in the projects team via structured business development activity with the internal and external market. Your work will span the full projects spectrum from financing term sheets and commitment letters, security documents, project development and joint venture agreements/M&A.
Requirements
• US or UK qualified having trained at a leading law firm with strong academic background.
• Can demonstrate a high level of technical skill within the projects sector.
• Commercially astute with a passion for personal and business development.
• Ability to build and foster key relationships.
• Work seamlessly in a team whilst retaining your own distinctiveness.
