I've just started studying Japanese properly. I was thinking of starting with N5.

The July test was cancelled so you can study for the December one. That gives you a lot of time to study so you can definitely pass to N4, maybe N3 if you study hard!
How do I study Japanese?
I have so much free time now. Might as well do it now.
Online? Duolingo is a good place to start.
Is it better to study hospitality at 専門学校?
I have a hard time understanding my options
A lot of people do go to 専門学校 for hospitality. It might be a good place to practice the language better too, since I imagine classes are smaller.
Is it possible to get N2 level in a year?
is that realistic?
Yes if you study very hard. It helps that you have a foundation in Japanese already and you take courses in Japan.
What's the best scholarship to study in Japan?
I really want to study in Japan but I need a scholarship to afford it.
There's a lot like MEXT, everything through JASSO. Check out JASSO to check. They should have a pdf with all the lists of scholarships. https://www.jasso.go.jp/en/study_j/scholarships/index.html
Planning to take the JLPT N2. Any advice?
Passed the N3 but my grammar section was awful.
For grammar, there are textbooks that focus just on grammar for the JLPT. There are lots of practice tests too. I recommend the Nihongo So-Matome series.
Can you be a student and live without going broke in Tokyo?
I'm thinking about going to language school. I have quite a bit saved up but I don't want to blow my savings completely.
Getting a part-time job is the fastest way to use the language you're using! Or you can tutor in English.
