My hands are so dry from washing my hands all the time and hand sanitizer. But certain hand creams are so sticky afterwards. Any recommendations?

I use a medicated one called Atrix. My hands got so dry and itchy so it helps to calm the itchiness and redness and the feel of it after doesn't bother me. The Mentholatum ones are okay but a little stickier.
