When people ask "What's your type?", what kind of things are they asking for?

I feel like the word "type" comes up a lot in talks about what you look for in a partner but does type mean physical? Personality? What do you all answer?

Both! Honestly, it's whatever you want. Height, looks, lifestyle, personality. I've heard it all. I say cute and likes sports. If I'm better friends with them, then maybe I'd say more.
