Do you speak Japanese? I heard some companies are strict about being able to understand all the medical and legal terms when signing the forms, as you often have to sign up for a year or two minimum course in order to get the huge discounts advertised. Or if you don't, bring a friend or find an English one, like Azabu Skin Clinic? My friend said that one has pretty good results.
