Technically most things aren't allowed to be posted without permission. Lyrics, images made by other people including photos of artists, manga scans, etc. That goes for song clips and clips of TV shows too. Supposedly they're going to start cracking down on it this year but we'll see. I've heard of bots taking down official artists accounts too by accident, so they have to work that out.
