Depends on the job! Some jobs require you to have your natural hair color and others don't care so much. Blonde on an Asian stands out in say, a hospital or government office. But maybe not so much at a shop.

Some places are super lenient. But a lot of Japanese people will dye their hair back to black for the interview and then slowly lighten it if their office allows it.
