Working Hours: 2:45 PM – 6:00 PM, 3 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) Flexible schedule possible depending on class assignments Shift hours include set-up and clean-up time

Salary

Daily Teaching Quality–Based Pay System Instructor evaluations are conducted internally every day based on the children's actual growth. Payment will be made on the last day of the following month via Revolut.

Qualification requirements

We are looking for:

Native English speaker, or with equivalent proficiency

Under 40 years of age

Passionate about education and continuous learning

Enjoy working and playing with children

Available for a minimum commitment of 3 months

Active, cheerful, and passionate about working with children
Proficient in English at C1 level or above, with a clear and natural accent
Punctual, responsible, and able to follow class routines
Open-minded and eager to learn the Positive Kids teaching approach
Physically active — our lessons involve sports and movement-based learning
Preferred qualities:
Experience teaching children in schools, after-school programs, or kindergartens
Educational background or interest in childhood education, psychology, or communication

Engagement Grade A – Exceptionally Beyond Expectations
2,000–2,500 yen per hour

Engagement Grade B – Beyond Expectations
1,500 yen per hour

Engagement Grade C – Basic Performance
1,250 yen per hour
