We’re looking for teachers who are:
Active, cheerful, and passionate about working with children
Proficient in English at C1 level or above, with a clear and natural accent
Punctual, responsible, and able to follow class routines
Open-minded and eager to learn the Positive Kids teaching approach
Physically active — our lessons involve sports and movement-based learning
Preferred qualities:
Experience teaching children in schools, after-school programs, or kindergartens
Educational background or interest in childhood education, psychology, or communication

Daily pay is evaluated based on teaching quality and students’ real growth.
Instructor performance is evaluated internally every day based on children’s actual learning outcomes and level of engagement.

Engagement Grade A – Exceptionally Beyond Expectations
2,000–2,500 yen per hour

Engagement Grade B – Beyond Expectations
1,500 yen per hour

Engagement Grade C – Basic Performance
1,250 yen per hour
