We are looking for teachers who:
Have C1-level or higher English with a clear and natural accent.
Are punctual, responsible, and able to follow class routines.
Have a strong passion for education.
Continuously try to improve during every shift.
Always think about the best words, expressions, activities, and teaching methods in each moment.
Are playful, energetic, and comfortable acting silly to genuinely enjoy playing with children.
Clearly show that they are having fun and actively engaging with children.
Can match children’s energy and choose the right activity for each moment.
Can quickly adapt activities to the class situation.
Can confidently lead many different games and activities.
Truly love children and care about their English growth more than personal comfort.
At Positive Kids, we believe teaching is more than just instruction — it’s about inspiring confidence, curiosity, and courage in every child.
You will:
Lead fun, energetic English-based activities (games, SportsTag, inquiry projects, crafts, etc.)
Encourage children aged 5–10 to communicate only in English
Create a warm, motivating, and safe environment through active engagement
Support students’ emotional growth using growth mindset principles
Maintain classroom setup, daily routines, and materials according to the manual
Communicate politely with parents and coworkers
Be a positive role model — your words, energy, and attitude shape each child’s learning experience

Requerimientos de calificación
We are looking for:
Native English speaker, or with equivalent proficiency
Under 40 years of age
Passionate about education and continuous learning
Enjoy working and playing with children
Available for a minimum commitment of 3 months

We’re looking for teachers who are:
Active, cheerful, and passionate about working with children
Proficient in English at C1 level or above, with a clear and natural accent
Punctual, responsible, and able to follow class routines
Open-minded and eager to learn the Positive Kids teaching approach
Physically active — our lessons involve sports and movement-based learning
Preferred qualities:
Experience teaching children in schools, after-school programs, or kindergartens
Educational background or interest in childhood education, psychology, or communication

Tratamientos y beneficios
Daily pay is evaluated based on teaching quality and students’ real growth.
Instructor performance is evaluated internally every day based on children’s actual learning outcomes and level of engagement.
Engagement Grade A – Exceptionally Beyond Expectations
2,000–2,500 yen per hour
Engagement Grade B – Beyond Expectations
1,500 yen per hour
Engagement Grade C – Basic Performance
1,250 yen per hour
