貿易取引や貿易業務の即戦力としてご活躍頂ける方を募集致します。
【業務内容】
・海外現地法人、代理店向けの貿易業務
・輸出・仲介貿易業務
・船積書類の作成
・受発注書の作成
・英文でのコレポン
・銀行買取書類の作成
Trade Admin
We are actively looking for potential candidates who can make an immediate contribution to trade transactions and trading operations.
【Work responsibilities】
- Communicate with overseas subsidiaries and distributors on tasks concerning international shipments.
- Handle export and intermediary trading
- Prepare shipping and other related documents
- Prepare bank purchase documents
応募資格
・船積実務の経験（輸出・仲介）
・業務進捗の管理能力
・Excel、Word、PowerPoint
・TOEIC600相当の英語力
- Experience in coordinating export/ intermiediate shipment
- Ability to manage business tasks effectively
- Good skills in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- English level (TOEIC 600+ is preferred)
