We are only shortlisting driven resilient enterprising agile and motivated individuals who wants to be part of a growing company.THE ROLE This role is responsible for leading the formulation of Gates Japan Power Transmission key account management strategies and execution plans together with global product functional leaders. The successful applicant is to support the highest authority in a country to represent Gates Power Transmission as a bridge between Global Product Line Management team and Japan Nara Manufacture coordinating product innovation activities to ensure it is aligned to achieving the business objectives at Gates Japan. In addition this role would have to direct a multi discipline customer centric team and drive the business initiatives. The incumbent has decision making authority within pre established parameters company procedures concerning quotation contractual conditions and customer strategy and approach.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: List the essential functions that are core to this position and represent at least 5% of the incumbent’s time. Other duties may be assigned beyond the core functions listed below.Global Key Account Management:・ Facilitates global communications between the regions.・ Develops a global customer strategy together with the different regions. ・ Assures regular strategy adaptation to market / customer requirements and leads the execution according to plan.・ Supports the Global End Market Strategy.・ Coordinates and defines global business targets tracks global customer opportunities facilitates global customer quotations and assures global pricing consistency and profitability. ・ Provides Win / Loss report via Sales activities.・ Monitors and reports competitor’s analysis and movement.・ Coordinates / tracks Customer LTA’s / Price givebacks and Maintains Global Market Share data related to his account（s）.Quality Related Functions and Responsibilities: ・ Monitors the adherence to ISO/TS 16949 ISO 14001 QS 9000 Compliance Policy and other industry standard.・ Keeps the accurate reporting and effective communication internally.
