As AXA continues its journey to enable first-class software engineering and operations, we are looking for experienced and talented User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. You will be also responsible to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.
You will have the opportunity to work in a community (aka Engineering guild) where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, simplicity and efficiency are encouraged and diversity is respected and valued. You will closely work with IT delivery tribes as well as with Global/Regional team to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences.

Tư cách ứng tuyển

日本での就労許可が必要です

・Proficient understanding of front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3,JavaScript
・3+ years of UI/UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments
・Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, mockup, user journeys etc.
・Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Quartz
・Experience working in an agile/scrum development process
