さまざまなチャネルから寄せられる応募者をスクリーニングし、面接を通して候補者の資質を判断し、キャリア採用推進のお手伝いをしていただきます。
具体的には
候補者へのアプローチとフォロー、ステータスの進捗管理
求人媒体、人材紹介会社(リクルーター)等あらゆるチャネルを利用した効率的かつ効果的な採用活動の確保
その他人事・総務業務全般のアシスタント
You will assist with screening of candidates from a variety of sources, use the interview process to determine their skills and value to the company.
Details:
Manage the status of candidates from screening through follow-up
Insure efficient transactions and communications with recruiters and talent go-betweens
Assist with other various HR and general administration tasks

外資系企業もしくはグローバルに展開する企業で採用関連業務の1年以上の実務もしくは総務関連業務経験者
年齢相応のビジネス経験をお持ちの方
英語力(TOEIC730点以上程度)

Qualifications:
At least one year of experience working for a foreign company, or a company with a global presence
Business experience in accordance with age
English skill (TOEIC 730 or above)
*The assistant will be handling between 5 and 10 candidates at all times, so her or she must be flexible and react appropriately to changing situations
Preferred:
Knowledge of HR and employment issues
Good negotiation and people skills
