How do you say "bless you" in Japanese?

I feel like saying it but I don't think bless you translates well.

Silence. No really. Japanese people don't say anything to people that sneeze. You can teach them "bless you" though. They were super interested when I told them about it.

I heard you're supposed to ignore it as to not embarrass the person, but if they sneeze a lot, then you can ask if they're okay or if they have a cold.
